Annette is value and purpose driven, wants to simplify businesses to to free up the organization to focus on value creation and tries to look for a learning moment in everything she experiences. Life long learning is something to strive for and one of her biggest learnings transitioning from Mars to Diversey is to never underestimate the power of engagement: How can we start engaging our customers if we cannot engage our own employees and when they are not able to bring their best self to work everyday?
Annette has a track record in talent development, change management and leadership development, coaching her peers in the other functions.
